Hekima IQ is a focused AI advisory practice. It helps founder-led small and mid-sized businesses succeed at AI where most get stuck. If you're on the Microsoft 365 stack with a capable but stretched engineering team and no one who owns AI internally, you're exactly who it's built for. Deliberately niche
The focus on Microsoft and Power Platform AI adoption is deliberate. The depth is the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, where the SMBs Hekima IQ is built for already work, and a sharp focus means you get an advisor who's fluent in the tools you already own. The diagnosis itself stays vendor-neutral, a framework and a benchmark rather than a sales pitch, and when it's time to go deep on remediation, I know the terrain.
Independence comes from incentive-neutrality, not vendor-neutrality. Revenue comes only from the assessment fee and the retainer, never from implementation work or license sales. That's what frees me to tell you the truth, including "don't buy more Copilot seats, you're not using the ones you have."

Who's behind it
Hekima IQ is led by a solutions architect and software-engineering leader with 9+ years delivering enterprise platforms on Azure and the Microsoft 365 stack. Recent work includes architecting AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, alongside Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and Power Automate automation, large-scale cloud migrations, and fractional-CTO engagements. Microsoft-certified in building Copilot Studio agents.
